Our exclusive Fit-Quik program combines the sports science of interval training, cross training, strength training and cardiovascular training for a results-producing workout. 

Fit-Quik takes the user through two stages, cardiovascular and strength. The time and intensity of these two stages can be customized by the facility to create a custom circuit. Fit-Quik can be performed on a single product, or a combination of SCIFIT products as a circuit. This easy to use circuit provides smooth traffic flow and great variety. The movements are simple – pedal, walk, push, pull – and the user controls intensity levels, so anyone can get a great workout with Fit-Quik.

What is Isokinetic Resistance Training?


What is it?

SCIFIT’s Iso-Strength program is a safe, functional strength program in which the resistance matches the user’s effort. The user sets a target RPM. The Intelli-fit system continuously monitors the RPM and increases the resistance if the target is exceeded.



Why do you need it? 

  • Accommodating Resistance: This isokinetic component mirrors the force applied by the end user, adapting for individual weakness within the range of motion.  Also, as the user begins to feel fatigued, the resistance automatically decreases, accommodating each user’s strength need.  This self-applied force  maximizes exercise effectiveness and makes the program safe for all users. 
  • Safe Strength: Safe resistance training without intimidating, cumbersome weights.
  • Easy to Use: Uses the same rotary motion as the cardio portion of the exercise so there is no learning curve.

Why You Need Bi-Directional Resistance


What is Bi-Directional Resistance?
Bi-Directional resistance allows the user to exercise in both forward and reverse, changing directions at any time and as often as desired.






















Why do you need it?
Reduce the Risk of Injury – By recruiting reciprocal muscle groups, bi-directional resistance helps reduce the risk of injury from muscle imbalance.
